Over the last 30 years, Paolo has been Chief Human Resources Officer at the World Economic Forum in Geneva, Chief Learning Officer at The World Bank in Washington DC, and Director of Human Resources at the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development in London.

Paolo currently spends his time coaching and consulting to high-level individuals and organizations, but also makes time to volunteer to ensure that all humans can access learning, development and fulfilment in their careers. His best-selling book, The Compass and The Radar, has sold numerous copies across the world and in multiple languages.

We connected with Paolo because we saw so much in common in our quest to ensure that everyone get the chance to get career alignment. We talk with him here about integrity and moral compass, how he defines success and alignment of values in careers, and what vision he has of the future of the workplace.
