Anna Tavis is a researcher, global educator and coach focusing on the Future of Work. She teaches at New York University and lectures globally. She is an Academic Advisor to a variety of organizations and serves on the Editorial Board of Workforce Solutions Review. Her new book « Humans at Work » is about the new pivot towards human-centered organizations.
We connected with Anna as we share a common passion for developing innovative approaches to talent and organizations. We talk with Anna about her own career journey, her advice to early career professionals, her evaluation of how HR is doing today, the main ideas and advice from her book Humans at Work, hidden workers as potential talent pools, and the importance of shifting the mindset, culture and processes of organizations in order to create a human-centric workplace.
