Anna is HR consultant and applied researcher at eelloo. She holds an MSc In Psychology from the University of Amsterdam and a PhD in Work and Organizational Psychology from Justus-Liebig-University. Anna’s research focuses on proactive career behavior, sustainable employability and the role of identity in development and finding work. As a consultant she helps organizations to align work with people’s personal stories.
We connected with Anna as we share a common passion for helping people find work that is meaningful to them in a changing environment. We talk about Anna’s own career story, her work on the theory and application of Career Adaptability, a tool she created to help individuals write their career story, how her company is experimenting with the way they work and new projects on the horizon.
