Marc founded and leads The Talent Strategy Group and consults with global corporations. His prior experience includes talent management roles at Bank of America and Avon Products and consulting at Hewitt Associates. He co-authored the Harvard Business Review Publishing best-seller One Page Talent Management and 8 Steps to High Performance and publishes Talent Quarterly magazine. Marc has an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
