We connected with Tomas as we share a common belief that science and technology can help organizations and people better predict human performance. We talk with Tomas about how AI and psychometrics can help individuals better manage their careers, why people aren’t so good at choosing the right job, how people may decide whether it may be time for a career change, why is the self-promotion strategy not working and why the current environment is actually more suitable for changes than we may think.
